I’m Hilary Herndon, a dedicated and passionate HR & People Operations partner who champions purpose‑driven organizations and flourishing team cultures. With over 25 years of experience spanning life sciences, biotech, fitness, education, and more, I’ve built a deep understanding of how people strategy impacts business strategy—every time.

I have led talent operations, onboarding strategies, culture-building programs, and change initiatives during a period of rapid growth and organizational transformation. I grew teams from single contributors to high-performance units, prioritized authenticity in employee experiences, and helped guide leaders through complex transitions with empathy and pragmatism.
